TRENDING AND CONTAGIOUS
You know how with some things it’s annoying when everyone is doing the same thing, following trends etc? One thing that is trending and I don’t find annoying is.. FITNESS!
It’s so good that everyone is trying their best to keep fit, exercise, go to the gym, play sport and all that. In my opinion, it’s a really good trend that more people (including me) should start following.
This week I got up from my ass and did:
- Tuesday: swim 20 x 50m laps (45 minutes)
- Tuesday: gym with K - cardio, strength (75 minutes)
- Wednesday: gym with M - cardio (30 minutes)
- Friday: jog at the lake with S, play with outdoor gym equipment (30 minutes)
- Friday: Zumba with K and E, strength (90 minutes)
Yays! Fitness stuff also makes me happy.
